Have a sports story to tell?

Have an interesting story/report/essay/poem related to sports? Well, this could be the ideal place to get it published. You may find it hard to get your write-ups published in newspapers and commercial media outlets.

Be it your critical views about some sports issues or a simple report of a very small tournament organized in your vicinity, nothing can stop your story from being published here.

The idea behind running this blog has always been to promote local sports(persons) who may not get fare amount of coverage in the mainstream media. As a passionate sports enthusiast, I wish to encourage upcoming talents from the different sports disciplines. Hence, if you have noticed, I have been regularly posting reports of the tournaments organized by the Goa University and St. Xavier's College, which I am directly associated with.

This is my small way of contributing to the development of sports in the state and country.

Keeping the purpose of this blog in mind, I urge you to scribble a little about the sports activities in your area. If you wish to be creative and write something out of the box, you are free to. Do whatever you want to the story; it's your baby; bring it up the way you want. Do not worry about the language and spelling errors; it will be taken care of.

Can it get simpler?

All you need to do is, e-mail your story/report/essay/poem etc etc to patterson.fdes@gmail.com and find it published within 24 hours.

Happy Writing!
