St. Britto's face another defeat in Mahindra Youth Football Challenge

St. Britto's title aspirations suffered a serious jolt after their second consecutive defeat in the Inter-city league match of the Mahindra Youth Football Challenge, held at Banglore Football Station. On Friday, the Goan side lost to Malabar Special Police Higher Secondary School, Kerala by a 3-0 margin.

Having the physical advantage, the Kerala side got the better of their Goan rivals by scoring through MD Sajid Khan (9^th & 18^th minute) and Wahidur Rehman (35^th minute). MD. Sajid Khan was declared the star performer of the match for scoring two spectacular goals.

In another match, Pandua Sasibhusan Saha High School, Kolkata defeated Don Bosco High School, Mumbai 3-0. PSS High School, Kolkata -3 [Srimanta Pal-1(8^th min), Jayanta Murmu-1(15^th Minute), Premananda Singha-1(21^st Minute)]
